Is SXSW for moms? 👶🏼

Ever been to SXSW in Austin or Sydney? I hadn't. So I decided to volunteer 56 hours in exchange for a badge here in Austin, TX. As a mom I had to be extra intentional seeing how my three sons had off during their Spring Break and these hours conflicted with my usual mom life. Towards that end, I focused on three topics wellness + imagination + women. HERE is my personal take on what was discussed (and where I felt a little left out of the conversations as a mom).

What's your opinion on today's episode? Are you following me on Substack yet? Let's talk there. See you on the inside. You'll see my silly side and experience some nostalgia on Substack.

P.S. I have a free mom meditation webinar coming up on March 26 at 8 am CST (45-mins max). Grab your seat here TODAY and while you are at it you will receive an email with 12 meditation prompts specifically made for moms who sometimes suffer from feeling scattered (like I felt whilst participating in SXSW and working it too).

P.P.S. This is your chance HERE to pick-up your free first chapter of my upcoming book for moms with a huge imagination! Read the quirky dare I took and reflect on the questions to see how playful you can be in your daily life.

Imagine more for your kids (AND yourself),

What if you could encourage your little ones to embrace chores? I gave it my all early on when my three sons were toddlers. Their toys would be all over the place and then I'd play "the clean-up" song. You know that song? Well, it was never enough for me. I've moved onto bribery. "You can't play video games until your rooms are organized!" Mom of the decade, right? Catch this week's podcast guest Ashley Kegley-Whitehead on Unimaginable Wellness the podcast for moms.
